DORIS SLAUGHTER

A native of Clay County, Doris has an extensive real estate and finance background in Clay and Wichita Counties. She established Doris Slaughter Realtors at 122 S. Bridge St., Henrietta, where she is the principal real estate broker and sole owner. Doris has been licensed for 30 years in Texas and now has her Oklahoma broker’s license.
Doris earned her Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from Midwestern State University and she is a member of Midwestern Ex-Student Association, National Association of Realtors, Wichita Falls Board of Realtors, and Texas Association of Realtors. She graduated from Midway ISD.
Doris serves on several boards: Clay County Boys and Girls Club, and has been Worship Chairperson & Administrative Board Member of her church. She served on the Wichita falls Sr./Jr. Forum, Wichita Falls Symphony League, Allegro Club, Clay County Historical Commission, Chamber of Commerce, and the Clay County Senior Citizens Board.
A love of basketball dominated Doris’s school years. In her Senior year at Midway ISD, she assisted in taking the girls basketball team to the State Finals, and they won State! Doris was honored with being named to the All State Team as a guard. Another great honor, was being chosen to play for North Texas at Abilene Christian College in the North-South Texas All State Girls Basketball Game. To this day, Doris’s basketball passion has lead her to volunteer as a previous basketball coach for a YMCA youth basketball team.
Doris and her office specialize in land sales - ranch, recreational and farm. She is a real estate investor and developer. A current project is an apartment complex, Shadow Crest Crossing, located in Henrietta. Designated for ages 50 and above, this project is nearing completion and have apartments ready to lease. Doris and her husband Bill reside on their ranch in Clay CO., Texas and have two children. Shannon Slaughter Kennedy, Shad Slaughter (1973-1989), and four wonderful grandchildren.
SHANNON SLAUGHTER -KENNEDY

Shannon is the daughter of Bill and Doris Slaughter (Broker), and is a native of Clay County. She graduated from Henrietta ISD and attended Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX and Real Estate College in Wichita Falls and Dallas.
Affiliations include: Wichita Falls Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Clay County Chamber of Commerce and her church. She currently holds several positions on the WFAR Committees.
Every April, Shannon, and her Broker (Mother-Doris) attend the Texas A&M Land Outlook Seminar held in San Antonio, TX. This is one of the many avenues of education which helps Shannon and the firm stay current and knowledgeable regarding land activity and prices.
With her friendliness and desire to help others, Shannon enjoys assisting clients with their Real Estate needs.
Shannon is married to Freddie “Blue” Kennedy, also a native of Clay CO., and has 4 children.
MARY LOU LOGGINS

Mary Lou begain her Real Estate career in Ft. Worth, Texas in 1969. After 7 great years, she took time out to raise her 5 children, working as a surgical secretary at St. Paul Hospital in Dallas, TX for 4 years, then in 1978 moved to Henrietta, Clay CO. and worked 17 years for the Clay County Sheriffs Dept. as a telecommunication operator.
In 2000 she went back to the profession she loves so much, Real Estate.
Mary Lou got her Real Estate education through Tarrant CO. Jr. College, Midwestern State University, Real Estate Training Institute, Vernon Regional Jr. College, USA Training Company, AIRE, and TAR - totalling 440 hours of Real Estate education.
After 23 years as a single mom, Mary Lou met and married her wonderful husband, Howard, a US Air Force retiree. Together they have 8 loving children and 17 beloved grandchildren!
Mary is a member of all the National, State and Local Real Estate Associations. She is also a member of the Clay CO. Chamber of Commerce and is a dedicated member of Grace Temple Baptist Church.

Gary joined DORIS SLAUGHTER REALTORS in 2007 as an agent for Texas and Oklahoma. An extensive background in investment property management has been instumental in his Real Estate career.
Gary is also a licensed Texas and Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser.
His family includes his spouse, Judy, and two sons, Tyler and Tanner, who both attend Henrietta ISD.

SHEILA WHEELER

Sheila has been in the real estate business for the last 5 years. Previously working for Domain Real Estate Services and RE/MAX of Wichita Falls. She has recently joined Doris Slaughter Realtors to be closer to home and her children.
Sheila is a native of Clay County and a 1995 graduate of Henrietta ISD. She is in the progress of obtaining her residential real estate license through the University of North Texas in Arlington.
She has ample experience with all real estate transactions and marketing aspects of Residential, Commercial and Land Real Estate. Her outgoing, yet professional personality demonstrates her hard work and dedication.
Sheila is married to Henrietta native, Darin Wheeler, and together they have 4 children who attend Henrietta ISD.
KAILA ALLEN

Kaila attends Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, where she is majoring in Education. She graduated from Henrietta ISD and participated in volleyball and served on the annual staff.
